01. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing, streaming, downloading, or engaging with On Air 4U! via our digital stream, web platform, mobile applications, or syndicated broadcast channels, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms in their entirety, you must immediately terminate access to our services.

02. THE BROADCAST SERVICE

On Air 4U! operates an Urban Adult Contemporary digital and terrestrial audio network broadcasting from Houston, Texas to listeners across the USA. We provide live audio streaming, on-demand programming, community editorial, interactive chat channels, and advertising distribution. We reserve the right to modify, interrupt, or discontinue any broadcast schedule or feature at our sole discretion without notice.

03. SUBMISSION GUIDELINES (HOSTS, ARTISTS & ADVERTISERS)

All programming proposals, music submissions for airplay consideration, voiceover materials, and commercial sponsor copy are governed by strict broadcast compliance standards:

  • Host & Producer Agreements: All on-air talent and program producers must operate under executed syndication or broadcast contracts.
  • Music Submissions: Artists submitting tracks grant non-exclusive promotional airplay rights and warrant 100% ownership or full licensing.
  • Sponsorship Copy: Advertiser content must adhere to truth-in-advertising regulations, Houston community standards, and network clearance guidelines.

04. USER-SUBMITTED CONTENT & COMMUNITY STANDARDS

Listeners contributing comments, call-in recordings, chat messages, or community board submissions grant On Air 4U! an irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free license to broadcast, edit, reproduce, and distribute such materials across our media network. Defamatory, obscene, infringing, or abusive submissions will result in immediate disqualification and platform banning.

05. PURCHASES, SPONSORSHIPS & DIGITAL GOODS

All transactions completed through the platform: including broadcast packages, event ticketing, digital downloads, and merchandise: are processed in USD. Broadcast underwriting deposits and sponsorship placements are non-refundable once production or airtime reservation has commenced, except as explicitly outlined in individual sponsorship agreements.

06. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & BROADCAST RIGHTS

The On Air 4U! name, logo, signal identifiers, audio imaging, jingles, station taglines, and proprietary show formats are the exclusive property of the network. Unauthorized recording, re-streaming, rebroadcasting, framing, or commercial redistribution of our broadcast feeds is strictly prohibited and subject to legal prosecution under federal and state law.

07. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & INDEMNIFICATION

The platform and stream are provided on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis without warranties of any kind. In no event shall On Air 4U!, its executives, hosts, affiliates, or engineers be held liable for direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from broadcast downtime, technical transmission errors, unauthorized account access, or third-party sponsor products.

GOVERNING LAW (TEXAS)

All terms, conditions, digital streaming agreements, and broadcast participation rules shall be governed exclusively by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Jurisdiction: Harris County / Greater Houston broadcast area courts.

CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued access to the live stream or submission of audio materials following published revisions constitutes binding acceptance of the updated standards.
